We are an interdisciplinary team who has seen first hand how women’s need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved.

⚡️ YOUR MISSION

As our Marketing Manager focused on customer growth, your core focus is driving revenue, optimizing user acquisition, and maximizing conversion rates across our entire digital and physical ecosystem. Reporting directly to our Co-CEO (Commercial), you will act as a highly versatile marketing generalist with a strong analytical and operational angle. This is a purely execution-focused and data-driven role where you will orchestrate diverse marketing channels – ranging from CRM flows and SEO to offline campaigns—ensuring our growth engine runs smoothly while supporting early B2B initiatives.

You will:

  • Own marketing operations: Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel campaigns across digital channels (onsite, email) and offline touchpoints (billboards, print/flyers).

  • Drive lifecycle and retention: Build, test, and optimize automated email flows, newsletters, and push notifications to increase conversion and lifetime value.

  • Coordinate organic growth: Manage our SEO roadmap, collaborating with external or internal content contributors to improve search visibility and traffic.

  • Support on paid channels: Provide support with paid media operations (data, assets, performance, etc) both with marketing freelancers or agencies, ensuring campaign alignment and landing page readiness.

  • Analyze and optimize: Dive deep into user funnels, journeys and campaign data to identify growth blockers, report on key performance metrics, and ideate and track A/B tests.

  • Build and track analytics: Maintain and analyze performance dashboards tracking key full-funnel metrics including CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates, translating complex data patterns into actionable insights.

  • Bridge operations with brand: Partner closely with our Creative Strategist, acting as the operational launchpad for their creative strategies without needing to produce content yourself.

  • Support channel expansion: Help execute experimental marketing tracks as they arise, including localized offline campaigns or early B2B lead-generation.

  • Optimize workflows: Experiment with and implement modern AI tools and automation workflows to speed up routine marketing operations, scale email variations, and streamline daily execution.

ABOUT YOU

Essential


  • 3–5 years of experience in an operational marketing, growth marketing, or marketing generalist role.

  • Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience using web analytics, BI dashboards, and CRM/email automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).

  • Solid understanding of core digital marketing funnel metrics and a track record of translating data patterns into clear, execution-focused growth updates.

  • Exceptional project management skills – you love operational variety and can fluidly shift from setting up automated email triggers to coordinating localized offline campaigns.

  • A highly collaborative mindset; comfortable working closely with internal partners as well as external freelancers and content contributors.

  • Experience collaborating with or managing external performance marketing freelancers or agencies, with the ability to review ad accounts, track budgets, and evaluate channel ROAS.

  • Understanding of digital acquisition metrics (CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM) and how paid traffic interacts with landing page conversion funnels.

  • Native German speaker with fluency in English.

  • A deep, authentic passion for Femtech, Female Health, and destigmatizing conversations around hormones and fertility.

  • Prior experience running campaigns on specific channels: paid social (Meta, TikTok) or paid search (Google) campaigns yourself, giving you a level of technical insight to effectively manage external experts.

  • Curiosity for modern workflows, with an interest in using AI tools and automation to speed up routine execution and scale marketing operations.

  • Prior experience working with hybrid business models (physical hardware products combined with a digital subscription software).

  • Prior experience working within a fast-paced healthtech, wellness, or subscription-based startup environment.
