We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and analytical Founders’ Associate to join our growing company. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with the founders/Co-CEOs and leadership team on critical fundraising efforts, strategic projects, and financial analyses that will help scale the company.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the preparation of investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising documentation.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

• Collaborate with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform fundraising strategies and business positioning.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive actionable insights.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to support business objectives and growth plans.

• Act as a trusted thought partner to the founder, providing recommendations based on rigorous analysis.

Essential to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a startup environment.

• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating high-quality slide decks.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the femtech, healthtech, or wellness sectors.

• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Exposure to fundraising or investor relations, including interacting with venture capital firms.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion).

• Passion for improving women’s health and advancing gender equity in healthcare.
