You have lived it with hands-on experience building, developing, operating customer acquisition programs across multiple channels; while ensuring healthy and scalable performance.

You have a deep desire to win, with passion, care and integrity. You love data and metrics and can talk in a symphony of CPC, CTR, CAC and LTV. You have successfully deployed budgets in all major online digital platforms and methods (Meta, Google, Influencers, etc) You have a genuine interest in the health industry and the impact on millions.
  • Develop and implement an online growth marketing system to profitably acquire large quantities of subscribers

  • Recruit, build, and manage a class-A growth team and cultivate a high-performance environment thriving on excellence by constantly improving the teams’ capabilities through active empowerment and coaching

  • Acquire quality customers through a variety of channels such as SEM, SEO paid/organic social, email, content, affiliate, display, influencer, audio, OOH, PR/stunts...etc. and double down on the top channel(s) delivering the best ROI

  • Ensure the right customer economics metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, ROAS)

  • Optimize the customer experience/journey through tracking, CRO and UX testing, to ensure best-in-class customer conversion

  • Manage the production and delivery of creative assets for all marketing activities by working with agency partners and freelancers

  • Manage full flow of campaign execution from link tracking, optimization, continual testing, and reporting

  • At least 2 Excel spreadsheets open in the background as you read this

  • 5-7+ years in marketing growth/customer acquisition leadership. Experience with a rapidly scaling startup/scaleup is ideal

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing systems and programs

  • In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business (CAC, LTV, CPL, Activation, CPC, CTR, CPA, Quality score, Payback and Return on Ad Spend)

  • You have been in charge and accountable for user and revenue targets: you know what it takes to set clear targets and lead by example, every day, to make it happen with your team

  • An inquisitive and relentless nature, ability to get things done and build from the ground up where necessary

  • Native German-speaking skills

  • Fluent in English
